From the first conversation until the last song played we offer each client personalized service.
We start the planning process with an Initial Consultation (ZOOM video), allowing full transparency and to further discuss their needs and requirements.
All our clients have full access throughout their planning journey to reach out (unlimited times, phone, text, email) keeping the lines of communication open while offering advice or suggestions whenever needed.
A Final Consultation (ZOOM video) with the client is the final stage to go over the detailed timeline we've created for them and review all the specialty music they require.

Included in our package: A highly experienced DJ + Event Coordinator for every event. A Detailed Plan/Timeline is created based on the client's vision and expert management from the 1st song played until the end of the event.
We work collaboratively with the vendors to ensure all transitions are smooth and met.
When pivots are needed, no worries, our experience shines through so our clients can simply enjoy their most special day/event.
We offer many Add-On products allowing the client to have it all at their fingertips. We believe Platinum Service should be affordable and we stand behind that.
